How inclusion links to success

Being intentionally inclusive is good for business but it doesn’t come naturally to us. That is why we have to bias-proof our business processes. Being intentionally inclusive in our meetings and the way we retain and promote talent is a good place to start. Inclusive leaders will always have a choice: will you conform or will you transform? Are you part of the problem or part of the solution?
