  • Coach / Coaches: means The Leaderpath employees and contractors who will be delivering the Program.
  • Programs: Our experiences and digital goods that may include individual, team, and group coaching, e-learning (online courses), e-books; workbooks; worksheets, online communities, webinars, live instruction sessions and workshops. 
  • Participant(s): means the individual(s) who are taking part in our Programs.
  • We / Us / Our: means The Leaderpath, its employees, and contractors 
  • You / Your / You’re: means the individual(s), team(s), company, or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company who register for Programs facilitated by The Leaderpath.

Ethics and Confidentiality: We follow the EMCC Global Code of Ethics for coaching. We will not use or disclose the information you share with us except as authorized by You or required by law. On occasion, We may anonymously share information for consultation purposes with other coaching professionals or use anonymized learning from our coaching in Our content. Any information that could lead to Your identification will remain confidential. We may use Your company logo in the list of Our clients on promotional materials.

Information Only: We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of Our Programs. Our Programs are not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, or other professional advice by medical, legal, or other qualified professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise arising from the use of the Programs or any information contained therein. 

Our Intellectual Property: You do not own the materials provided to You by Us during participation in any of Our Programs and have no right to duplicate, copy, adapt, transmit, sell, teach or license the materials in any way, shape, or form. The materials are strictly only for Your personal use as a Participant. 

GDPR: We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means. In line with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), please refer to Our privacy policy which shows how We use your data.

Payment Plan Conditions: If You elect to make recurring payments via credit or debit card, We will auto-charge Your payment card on file according to the payment plan selected during checkout.  If We are unable to process Your payment on the due date, we will make two additional attempts within 7 days. If full payment remains unpaid for more than 14 days, Your right to attend and participate in any of our Programs will be suspended until Your account is brought up to date. 

No-Refund Policy: Our Programs are a mutual commitment. Therefore, there is a no-refunds policy on our Programs unless it is otherwise stated.

Cooling-off Period: If You have changed your mind and You no longer wish to participate in any of our Programs there is a 14-day cooling-off period of which You are entitled to cancel your purchase. The 14-day cooling-off period commences from the date of purchase and only applies when You have not used or participated in our Programs. Non-disparage Agreement: We take all complaints seriously. Should You have a complaint about any part of Our Programs, send an email to [email protected], and we will take every reasonable step to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Neither You nor We will publicly complain at any time, make, publish, or communicate to any person or entity, or in any public forum, any defamatory or disparaging comments concerning Us, Our employees/contractors, or other Participants.

Severability Clause: In the event that any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions. This term shall apply only within jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal.

Changes to Our Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time You use the Program following the changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, and they will be enforced by either party in this jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

Terms applying to Executive Path & any 1:1 Virtual Coaching Sessions

Coaching Program Structure: The calls are usually voice-only; no need to be camera-ready. You will need to book all your coaching sessions in advance. We add four weeks to your program to make it easier for you to book all your sessions even if there are holidays or leaves during your program. So, if you have booked a three-month program, all sessions are to be used within four months from your first session. This will allow clients on the waiting list to start on time. Should you wish to renew your program, let us know with as much notice as possible so we can reserve your spot. If you are late for a 1:1 session, the session will end at the time originally scheduled.

Holidays and Scheduled Time Off: You acknowledge that most of our coaches will have limited availability during the month of August and during the Christmas and Easter 2-week holidays. Time off allows our Coaches to serve you the best.

Rescheduling Policy: When it is necessary for You or Us to reschedule a session, this will be done by e-mail or via the Calendly rescheduling links (contained within each diary invite) at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. We understand that unpredictable emergencies can occur, and you are entitled to one emergency rescheduling (less than 48 hours notice) every six months during the duration of your Program. Should You cancel within less than 48 hours more than once within six months, the session will be forfeited.

Terms applying to Leader Day & Team Path

Cancellation: The following charges are applicable in the event of a booking being canceled:
• More than 30 working days’ notice – 0% of Program fee payable
• Between 11 and 29 working days’ notice – 50% of the Program fee payable
• 10 working days’ notice or less – 100% of Program fee payable

Rescheduling: The following charges are applicable in the event of a booking being rescheduled:
• More than 30 working days’ notice – 0% of Program fee payable
• Between 11 and 29 working days’ notice – 10% of the Program fee payable
• 10 working days’ notice or less – 20% of the Program fee payable

Terms applying to Group Programs

Changes to the Group Programs: In the unlikely event that We need to make changes to any of Our Programs, such as curriculum, date, time, Coach, format, platform, or any other changes, We maintain the right to do so. We will always do our best for our Participants to have the best possible experience with Our Programs.

Participants’ Confidentiality: All information shared during the group Programs is confidential. All Participants agree to keep confidentiality. We will not be held accountable for other Participants’ reactions to what You share.

Transfer: Transfers to a different Program or a later cohort create a lot of additional work for Our team. We will do Our best to facilitate up to one transfer for You if needed.

Video & Audio Recording: By participating in the group Programs, You give Your permission to Us to record Your image and voice. You understand that the call recordings and transcripts may be available to other Participants of the Program for a limited amount of time; following this period the content will no longer be available to Participants.
