Larry helps leaders to communicate with free, confident voices that resonate beyond spoken words, and enables them to recognize their power, their presence and their impact.

An experienced and sought-after coach, facilitator and professional actor, he has facilitated large-group, transformational change processes and workshops for clients such as the UK Green Building Council, Edie Conferences, Google-for-Education, Rockefeller Foundation and Sir Robert McAlpine – for whom he was both presentation-coach and facilitator in their business-wide conferences for three years, regularly working with groups of over 150 participants.

Larry spent 16 years in the trenches of the UK’s education sector before capitalising on both his teaching and extensive theatrical experience with a shift into Personal Impact Coaching and Facilitation. He works at executive and board level in international business, non-profits and foundations, facilitates at all levels and coaches groups and individuals to develop resilience, self-awareness and engagement. He equips speakers to present to their peers, the board room and the professional conference circuit.

Larry is a certified facilitator in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and holds Postgraduate qualifications in both teaching and acting. He is an Associate Director of Talik & Company, a social-purpose focused organisation development consultancy.
