Karen previously held leadership positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Tufts Health Plan, Sun Life Financial, and Circles. She was a management consultant at Bricker & Associates/Keane Consulting Group where she led consulting engagements for clients across various industries and functions.

Karen served on the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation of New England (ICFNE) as Vice President, Education, and Professional Development. She is a Boston Chamber of Commerce Talent Development & Leadership Retention Council Member. Karen is an Executive Coach on the faculty for the Global Institute of Leadership Development (GILD). She has served as a Coach at the Massachusetts Conference for Women, Executive Mentor for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), and coach for Babson College.
